Sharon Andrews

With almost four decades of litigation and transactional experience, Sharon's extensive knowledge in real estate, title, and business law—spanning both Louisiana and Mississippi—ensures our clients receive thorough guidance from contract to close.
A graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Economics, Sharon went on to earn her J.D. from Tulane Law School. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Orleans Parish, where she prosecuted over 160 trials and led the Economic Crimes Unit. Her expertise in fraud prevention and financial crimes brings a vigilant eye to every transaction.
Sharon’s legal background covers real estate, title, business, commercial, energy, and probate law, making her an invaluable resource for clients navigating complex property matters. Sharon began her legal career in New Orleans, and moved to Oxford, MS with her husband, a professor at Ole Miss Law School. She now leads the Oxford, MS office, and as a licensed attorney practicing in both Louisiana and Mississippi, she bridges the gap between the two states, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.
Desirée Valenti

A proud fifth-generation New Orleanian, Desirée brings more than 20 years of legal expertise to Desire Title Company. As the managing partner, she ensures every real estate transaction is handled with precision, integrity, and a personal touch.
Desirée began her legal journey at Loyola University New Orleans as a fourth-generation graduate, where she earned both her B.B.A. in Business Management and her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law. She honed her skills as a trial-tested litigator, successfully upholding felony convictions in over 100 cases and arguing before the Louisiana Supreme Court. She is also one of only 18 attorneys in Louisiana certified as an Appellate Practice Specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
Her passion for real estate law spans energy, commercial contracts, succession, title, and real estate litigation. Whether guiding clients through complex transactions or protecting their property rights, Desirée is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Mark Bonura
Attorney
A lifelong New Orleanian, Mark Bonura brings over 25 years of legal experience to the team, specializing in real estate transactions and successions. With a client-focused approach, he is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate property matters with clarity and confidence.
Mark earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans after completing a B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science at the University of New Orleans. Since becoming a licensed Louisiana attorney in 1996, he has built a career rooted in real estate law, title work, and successions.
As the founder of Crown Title, Mark developed extensive experience in title production and real estate law before joining Desire Title Company. Mark is a Louisiana-licensed title producer, ensuring accuracy, and compliance in every transaction.
A proud graduate of Brother Martin High School, Mark’s deep ties to the New Orleans community shape his approachable, service-driven practice. His knowledge and dedication make him a trusted resource for clients navigating real estate and succession matters.
Stephanie Young
Attorney
Attorney Stephanie Young blends legal expertise with hands-on experience in banking, regulatory, and compliance processes to deliver practical insight and help ensure a smooth, secure closing.
After graduating from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University in 2016, Stephanie relocated to New Orleans. She spent four years in the mortgage banking industry, funding loans and ensuring they met the compliance standards set by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae.
Stephanie went on to earn her Juris Doctor in Civil Law from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2024.
Now proud to call New Orleans home, she is deeply involved in her community. She has been an active member of the Junior League of New Orleans for over six years, co-chairing several committees and regularly volunteering in the area. She is also a member of the Krewe of Iris, the oldest and largest all-female Mardi Gras krewe in New Orleans.

A highly respected professional in the local real estate community, Andrée is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and steady approach to every closing.
With deep roots in the community and time spent studying at the University of New Orleans, Andrée takes pride in helping her fellow New Orleanians achieve the dream of homeownership.

The late Keith Andrews was the visionary force behind Desire Title Company, having combined his expertise in accounting, law, and real estate to create a trusted name in Louisiana title services. With almost three decades of experience in commerical litigation, transactions, and real estate title work, Keith's strategic leadership shaped Desire Title's reputation for excellence.
Founding the company in 2005, Keith's dedication to service and detailed excellence led Desire Title Company to becoming the highly-respected industry leader it is today.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Keith began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before earning his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law. His financial background gave him a sharp analytical edge in real estate transactions, ensuring clients received both legal protection and financial clarity. Keith maintained a consulting role with Desire Title Company until 2025.
Beyond the title industry, Keith was the proud owner of Apolline Restaurant on Magazine Street, a beloved New Orleans dining destination that reflected his passion for the city.
