Keith E. Andrews
Keith Andrews received an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989, and after four years of public accounting experience, attended law school at Loyola Univirsity School of Law, receivng his J.D. in 1996. Mr. Andrews has thirteen years of commercial litigation, commercial transactions and real estate experience.  Mr. Andrews founded Desire Title Company in the fall of 2005. In addition to standard commerical and residential closings, Mr. Andrews has handled a multitude of adjudicated and expropriated property transfers for New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity and the New Orleans Recovery Authority, giving him a broad depth of experience in the real estate field. 

Stephanie A. Fratello
Stephanie Fratello received a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University in 2000, and her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 2004.  Ms. Fratello has five years of experience in commercial transactions, wills and successions, and real estate.

Sarah Preston
Sarah Preston joined Desire Title Company in September of 2007.  Originally from Basking, New Jersey, she received a BS in Hotel, Retaurant and Tourism, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of New Orleans in 2002, and obtained a degree in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University College in January of 2008.
